We have a strict no returns policy on hand made and customised products. Each of our wax seal products are hand made to order and as such cannot be returned.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund shipping costs on returned items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20.00 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
