Refund Policy

Personalised items including wax seals, wax seal stamps, letters, cards and certificates are exempt from our refund policy unless they are damaged, defective or lost in transit and not delivered.

If your wax seal order arrives damaged we will send a replacement free of charge. No refund will be issued.

If your wax seal order gets lost in transit we will send a replacement free of charge. No refund will be issued.

If you mistype your shipping address during checkout and we send your items, no refund will be issued. We will, however, resend your wax seal order to the corrected address as a courtesy.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions are set to renew automatically. Your card will be charged and your subscription will automatically continue. If you do not want your subscription to renew, please email us for assistance. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelled paid monthly subscriptions - No prorated refund will be issued.

Cancelled paid six month subscriptions - Maximum 3 months prorated refund will be issued.

Cancelled paid annual subscriptions - prorated refund will apply after three months for the remainder of the period.

Products other than wax seals, wax seal stamps, cards, letters and certificates

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept products:

  • which can come into contact with intimate areas such as ear-rings/piercings,
  • or hazardous materials, or contain flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged Items

If you find any defect/fault/damaged part(s) in the product, we will offer an exchange of the same product or refund the cost.

Claims for damages must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with a photo and the details. You are responsible for shipping charges.

Partial Refunds

If a refund is applicable, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These are at our discretion and include:

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • USB, SD Card, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record or other media which has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our discretion).

Shipping Your Return

You should send your return to us at the address in the email we send to you which approves the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs already paid by you are non-refundable.

You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Evidence of shipping including a valid shipping receipt with tracking number must be provided. Any non delivery cases will not be valid without this.

It is the responsibility of the sender to open a claim for any parcels lost in transit with the courier or delivery service.

Refund Process

All items sent back to us must be within the 14 day policy from when the item is delivered.

Once your return is received we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 business days.

We may under certain circumstances and at our sole discretion, offer an exchange instead of a refund for the same item.
